About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reseller Assistant to join our small, dynamic resale operation in Miami. You will be responsible for photographing, listing, and helping manage the resale of clothing and accessories on platforms like Poshmark. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and reliable — with a passion for fashion and a strong ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Photograph clothing and accessories carefully and stylishly (using a smartphone camera is fine)
- Write clear, appealing, and accurate product descriptions
- Upload and list 20–50 quality item drafts per day, with 4–6 photos per item
- Package sold items neatly and ship them out promptly (includes trips to the post office every 2–3 days)
- Assist with inventory organization and quality control
- Track and report sales for commission eligibility
- Participate in live shows on resale apps
- Maintain a consistent, reliable workflow while managing your schedule flexibly
Requirements:
- Experience with Poshmark (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good photography skills (smartphone camera skills are sufficient)
- Strong writing skills for item descriptions
- Basic computer and phone app skills
- Reliable transportation (you must have a car)
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Prior experience with resale platforms (Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, etc.) is a major bonus
